Up Close and Personal with Rajani Kannepalli Kanth, author of ‘The Forever Young Regime’

THE ‘FOREVER YOUNG’ REGIME is a one of a kind Self-help Conversation. It is short, simple, and succinct. Yet it encapsulates much philosophical wisdom, conforming to the varied insights of traditional knowledge, current opinion, and a bit of modern ‘quantum’ science .It shows you, in a nutshell, how to achieve – and retain – a buoyant vitality and youthfulness for as long as you have the will to persist. The regime is also very simple: basic nutrition, vitamins, and mind-set: no hype, mumbo-jumbo, or voodoo:- and every idea in the book has been tested personally over a considerable period of time. In effect, the Argument is that appropriate changes in diet, exercise, and, most importantly, attitude, can be expected to have a large impact on overall well-being. THE ‘FOREVER YOUNG’ REGIME puts the reader in the driver’s seat in the uplifting journey of preserving, and extending, youthfulness. The thrust of the work is also ‘open-ended’, inviting the interested to test the ideas presented here ‘experimentally’, and make their own co-discoveries as they go along. However, there is a very important caveat: that individuals with special, and significant, health issues should not embark upon this – or, indeed , any – regimen without the full knowledge and consent of their health-care providers.

One can lose oneself  completely in it…

Really didn’t think it mattered much…

The inspiration behind my book comes from …..

The most asked question about my book is …..

When will it turn into a best-seller? Just kidding: there is  no such question…
